Home Care Services Manager – Senior Living
$75,000/year | Full-Time Days

MySolutions, part of Lutheran Life Communities, is hiring a Home Care Services Manager to lead daily operations of our home care program. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

· Lead daily operations of the Home Care Services program, ensuring high-quality service delivery
· Supervise Care Coordinators, CNAs, and companion staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
· Oversee client service plans, scheduling, and satisfaction to ensure excellent care outcomes
· Ensure compliance with all licensure, regulatory, and documentation requirements
· Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance to meet operational goals
· Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, vendors, and community partners
· Support marketing and growth initiatives for home care services
· Manage vendor contracts and partnerships for client service needs
· Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
· Lead team communication, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational excellence

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care services and/or geriatrics preferred
· Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
· Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
· Ability to manage operations, teams, and budgets effectively
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
· Experience in sales, community services, or home care program management
· Experience working with diverse populations and community resources
