JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Marketing Coordinator, Education Centers serves as the primary marketing point of contact for the Viticus Group Education Centers in Las Vegas and Nashville. This role is based in Las Vegas and responsible for driving revenue through the promotion of Academy CE courses and supporting rental initiatives for both Animal Health and Human Health service lines. The Marketing Coordinator, Education Centers will execute specialized Account-Based Management (ABM) campaigns to build relationships with the Animal Health and Human Health teams to ensure consistent messaging and marketing needs across the service line initiatives. This role assists in executing marketing campaigns across service lines including Academy CE programs, Animal Health rental and Human Health rental initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator, Education Centers maintains campaign reporting, supports website updates, assists with maintaining marketing CRM, and helps track performance metrics. The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule. This position exercises initiative and attention to detail in coordinating campaign execution and supporting the marketing team’s overall marketing operations for all Education Centers.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE SKILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in marketing, marketing communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, or account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience working with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns including email marketing, website updates, or social media content.
- Experience working with website content management systems (CMS) preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write and edit marketing content with accuracy and clarity.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills for marketing communications, emails, and digital content.

Digital Marketing Proficiency

- Experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation lists, and campaign scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for formatting email communications preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for light design support preferred.
- Experience updating website content using a content management system.
Data & Reporting
- Ability to collect and analyze digital marketing performance data including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Ability to compile campaign reports and support marketing performance analysis.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
ACADEMY CE & HUMAN HEALTH Promotion (Las Vegas & Nashville)
- Serve as the lead marketing coordinator for all year-round hands-on lab courses for both Animal Health and Human Health at the Las Vegas and Nashville Education Centers.
- Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Management (ABM) campaigns specifically for Animal Health Academy CE offerings and all rental initiatives.
- Develop marketing communications in accordance with campaign timelines and working with the Digital Marketing Coordinator for deployment.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging across marketing channels
- Coordinate lead generation and nurture workflows to result in year-over-year conversion rates for Academy registration
RELATIONSHIP COORDINATION
- Act as the primary marketing coordinator for Academy CE course offerings for Animal Health.
- Act as the primary marketing coordinator for Human Health bioskills rentals ensuring facility visibility to medical device and healthcare companies, medical meeting planners, and other audiences as identified
- Assist with maintaining data accuracy within the marketing database.
- Support CRM data audits and updates as needed.
DIGITAL CONTENT SUPPORT
- Ensure consistent and updated messaging for a facility footprint that has increased by 100% with the Nashville expansion by assisting with updating website pages, campaign landing pages, and digital content modules.
- Coordinate digital assets required for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure website content updates are accurate and aligned with marketing initiatives.
CAMPAIGN REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Assist with tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement data.
- Compile marketing reports to support campaign evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting records.
PROJECT COORDINATION
- Maintain constant communication between internal teams in both Las Vegas and Nashville to ensure all moving parts of Education Center logistics are reflected in marketing
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Track project timelines and assist with marketing project management tasks.
- Assist with coordinating artwork, marketing materials, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate and track projects in department project management platform
MARKETING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Maintain marketing files and archives of marketing materials and artwork.
- Assist with tracking project costs, quotes, and marketing project documentation.
- Provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects.
COLLABORATION & TEAMS SUPPORT
- Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in marketing projects, campaigns, and events as assigned.
- Represent Viticus Group professionally in internal and external interactions.
