Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, or as needed

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating and evolving innovative, unique and sustainable big ideas into purposeful and executable journey maps and master plans for destinations, products, and platforms. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or background in Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design, and, of course, Sustainability.
  • Seeking candidates in pursuit of an elevated degree (master’s or above) related to Sustainability and Design.
  • Interest in being involved in the growing efforts surrounding sustainability, cultural, social, and purpose-driven project work within AOA. Intern will be supporting current efforts on live projects as well.
  • Ability to create professional-level work product such as design work, graphic layouts, narratives, and other written work, research, etc.
  • Passionate and driven personality, team player mentality, and enjoys working in teams.
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve, and a flexible approach to the day-to-day activities at AOA.
  • Strong software skill set – Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign), Microsoft Office, Revit/CAD, 3D modeling encouraged, but not required
