If so, we’ve got good news: Pax Hotel Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the Vero Beach Inn & Suites in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida!

This isn’t just a front desk position — you’re the first impression.
You’ll welcome guests from all over, set the tone for their stay, and help create the warm, memorable experience that Vero Beach Inn & Suites is known for. The environment is relaxed, but your impact is big.

Customer service experience is preferred, but professionalism, communication, and attitude are what truly matter.

Shift: Swing Shift – mostly 3 PM–11 PM, with some 7 AM–3 PM shifts.

• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out

• Managing guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests

• Resolving concerns and ensuring every guest feels respected and valued

• Providing hotel and local area information

• Supporting your team to keep operations running smoothly
