Role:

The Financial Center Manager is responsible for the overall success of their center, overseeing performance, service delivery, operations, staff, and facilities. Focused on exceptional member service, this role drives retention and growth through personalized solutions and meaningful engagement. The manager ensures service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and team development, while fostering a consultative, high-performing environment that supports new member acquisition, financial education, and long-term loyalty.

This is an onsite position.

What you will be doing:

  • Leads and develops a high-performing team focused on exceptional service and strong operational results, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversees daily operations across one or more financial centers, ensuring regulatory compliance, transactional accuracy, and consistent operational and facility readiness.
  • Drives member engagement through personalized financial consultations, proactive outreach, and ownership of escalated concerns to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Manages budgets strategically, controlling costs and making informed decisions that support efficiency and long-term financial center performance.
  • Cultivates a service-driven culture that prioritizes meaningful member interactions, enhancing loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conducts audits and monitors KPIs to ensure operational excellence, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Serves as liaison with vendors and Soarion HQ, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective communication, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Leads hiring, onboarding, and staff development, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and preparing team members for leadership roles.
  • Represents the financial center in the community, establishing partnerships and identifying opportunities for local market growth and visibility.
  • Maintains a clean, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects Soarion’s brand standards and supports a superior member experience.
  • Performs all other job related duties as required.

What you'll bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Educational requirement can be substituted with experience.
  • 3-5 years of financial center management or related experience with demonstrated success in leading teams.
  • Proven track record in achieving operational and service excellence in a member-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures, products and services.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on performance and accountability.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial center operations, regulatory compliance, and member service best practices.
