About the RoleWe’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on one thing: driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities from our customer base. You will work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to improve how customers understand and adopt our platform.Your primary goal will be to make it easier for merchants to say "yes" to more of Redo. You’ll enable the sales team with better content, automate education moments that create pipeline, and strengthen how we position our products in the context of the full platform. You’ll also play a key role in laying the foundation for our product-led growth motion.
This is a hands-on role for a creative, self-sufficient marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do
Revenue ExpansionCreate assets and campaigns that surface the value of additional Redo productsCollaborate with CS and sales to generate expansion conversationsBuild systems for automating upsell opportunities across lifecycle and in-product touch points
Messaging and PositioningOwn product messaging and positioning across the full suiteClearly communicate how each tool connects to broader merchant goalsContinuously refine language and narratives based on buyer insights
Sales EnablementDevelop battle cards, product sheets, pitch decks, and ROI calculatorsHelp reps confidently position multi-product solutions and close fasterCollaborate closely with sales on what tools and content are workingPLG and Product EducationCreate onboarding and in-app prompts to highlight adjacent toolsDesign product tutorials, use case explainers, and value-oriented guidesContent CreationWrite and design high-quality marketing assets independentlyDevelop visual content in tools like Figma or Canva without needing a designerEnsure consistency across educational and sales materials
About You3–6 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle, or content-driven GTM rolesProven track record of owning messaging and driving product adoptionAbility to think like a strategist and execute on your strategiesComfortable collaborating cross-functionally and directly with salesDeep understanding of buyer personas and value-based positioningBonus: Background in ecommerce tech or DTC toolsBonus: Experience contributing to or building a PLG motion
