About This Position
Job Summary and Mission
The Account Manager plays a key role in the daily service and expanding a portfolio of property and casualty clients, including both commercial and personal. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers, the Account Manager manages renewals, processes endorsements, resolves service issues, and delivers tailored insurance solutions. Through a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail, this role supports retention and sustainable growth by ensuring every client feels informed, valued, and protected.
Summary of Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of commercial and personal clients

Manage the full renewal cycle, including coverage analysis, marketing, and client presentations
-
Prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, renewal packets, and presentations
-
Ensure prompt resolution of client service issues related to claims, billing, and policy administration
-
Manage policy changes, including submitting to the carrier, supplying any information requested by the carrier and reviewing issued endorsement for accuracy.

Review completed forms for accuracy, obtain missing information, and track underwriting process

Assist with insurance carrier audits and information gathering

Support departmental projects and initiatives

Contribute to account retention and development through responsive and reliable service
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).

Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer (or ability to obtain within 120 days)

Experience with account management platform AMS360
-
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

High attention to detail and follow-through.
