Overview

We are looking for someone who display leadership skills as a supervisor; one who has a "can do" attitude, where guests' needs are attended to. Should be able to work in a team and foster inclusiveness.

Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will report to the Food & Beveragae Manager.

Successful individuals must be available to work flexible schedules and have proven track records as effective trainers and/or supervisor;

- Must have excellent communication skills;

- Ensure the Food & Beverage department is able to meet the daily needs of the operation;

- Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service;

- Regularly review, evaluate and recommend the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food & Beverage operations.
