Apartment Maintenance Technician at BEST Employment – Carrboro, North Carolina

• Maintenance Supervisor- performs maintenance duties and supervises and coordinates activities of the maintenance team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and building of the community are completed in an efficient manner.

-Perform general maintenance such as : plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.

-HVAC certified- ability to troubleshoot and install A/C condensing units and electrical components
-Computer literate
-Managerial skills- this individual would need to know how to communicate with vendors, contractors, team members that report to them and understand the process of delegating.
-CPO- Certified Pool Operator- the individual would have the knowledge and skills to maintain the pool daily.
-A thorough understanding of Fair Housing
-This person would also need to be able to work on-call and on weekends
