• Provide individualized ABA Therapy to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills for success.
• Work closely with Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of services.
• Conduct assessments, design, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Support the professional growth of Behavior Technicians through ongoing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with families, providing them with the tools and support they need to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with ethical and professional standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification youre ready to hit the ground running!
• Active, unencumbered MA LABA certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance were mobile and need you to be too!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills clear, effective communication is key in everything we do.
• A passion for helping children and families succeed through ABA Therapy.
• A commitment to supporting, developing, and mentoring Behavior Technicians to ensure ongoing success for the team and clients.
