Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Marketing
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Work with customers to provide custom food catering quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve high standards and meet sales targets.
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment.
Operations Management
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards.
Customer Engagement
  • Enhance customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Handle customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Organize and conduct public and private charcuterie classes for guests.
Use of Technology
  • Utilize technology to enhance sales efforts and track progress.
  • Implement and manage systems for efficient operations and team communication.
Performance Evaluation
  • Measure and evaluate the success of sales strategies and team performance.
  • Use metrics to assess individual and team achievements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven sales background with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and communication tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
  • Valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
