Core Impact Areas:
Student-Athlete Development
- Design evidence-based injury prevention programs
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
- Create individualized strength and conditioning plans
- Implement nutrition and wellness education initiatives
Medical Management
- Provide immediate sideline care and injury evaluation
- Develop and oversee rehabilitation programs
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for continuity of care
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and injury reports
Program Leadership
- Collaborate with coaching staff to optimize training methods
- Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on sports safety
- Manage athletic training facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with UIL regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years athletic training experience
- BOC certification and Texas licensure
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Spanish bilingual preferred
