We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Roll Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for crafting high-quality pre-rolls, ensuring consistency, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis production, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier products to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, grind, and roll cannabis flower into pre-rolls.

• Ensure all pre-rolls meet quality and consistency standards.

• Operate and maintain pre-roll production equipment.

• Package and label pre-rolls according to regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Track and record production data for inventory management.

Qualifications
