About This Position

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing projects across the organization. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, wihtin scope, and within budget, while maintaining standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing cross-functional teams, faciliating project-related meetings and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Project Manager proactively identifies risks, resolves issues, and drives continous improvement.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience:
      • Experience with project management principles, methodologies, and tools e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
      • General knowledge of enterprise systems, interfaces and networking infastructure.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and engage stakeholders, including senior leaders and providers, with strong communication. Energy and enthusiasm necessary to motivate others toward change.
      • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and an ability to logically solve complex problems.
      • Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.
      • Experience managing projects collaboratively in dymamic, team-oriented environement.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Health Care Administration, or health care related field required or an equivalent amount of related experience and education obtained that demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
    • Licensure & Certifications:
      • None.
  • SKILLS & ABILITIES
    • • Ability to function independently utilizing independent judgment and discretion.
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization including the physician
      community, patients, and organizational leadership.
      • Proven ability to handle confidential information required.
      • Proven ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and assignments.
      • Demonstrated ability to prioritize objectives, handle ambiguity, and change direction quickly.
      • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
      • Experience with Meditech preferred.
      • Demonstrated ability to provide highest level of service when dealing with all levels of staff, management,
      customers and general public.
      • Evidence of dependability in maintaining a flexible schedule in order to meet divisional needs.
      • Attention to detail in composing, typing, editing, and producing materials, establishing priorities and meeting
      deadlines.
  • WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
    • Title of position(s) supervised:
      • Analysts, coordinators, and cross funcational team members.
