What are we looking for?
Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking an in-person English Language Learning academic support tutor to work with high school students developing their command of the English language.

Location: Wilmington, DE 19804
Type: IN PERSON
Schedule: Flexible; Must have availability between 7:30 - 2:00 pm two days a week for scheduling purposes
Hours: Scheduling 6- 8 hours a week
Description: One-on-one or small group instruction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, not including student teaching
• Must have 2 years of experience working with English Language Learning students
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience developing lessons and monitoring progress
• Documentation of attendance and material covered needed
• Organization skills
• Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
• Candidate should travel no more than 30 minutes for this position
