The Logistics Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods within the non-durable goods manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from warehousing to international shipping, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in optimal condition. The Logistics Manager will implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD).
- Experience with international shipping regulations and compliance.

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring proper inventory management and storage practices.
