Construction Quality Manager at Sterling Construction Company, Inc. – Draper, Utah

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and procedures

• Coordinate and perform inspections, audits, and testing

• Work closely with superintendents and subcontractors to resolve quality issues

• Document and track non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality trends

• Ensure compliance with DOT, client, and company standards

• Lead quality meetings and provide training for project teams

• Support preconstruction planning and design reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in role is required

• American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) preferred

• Utah Professional Engineer license required

• Familiarity with DOT requirements and construction specifics
