Packing Lead at Postle Operating LLC – Cassopolis, Michigan

The Pack and Shipping Lead will assist with the packing and shipping of products, lead shift packing teams, and communicate with other shift leads.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
• Plan and coordinate, on a daily basis, shift packing teams plan of execution.
• Plan and coordinate, on a daily basis, the most effective pack team organization and work arrangement.
• Manage and ensure all work orders are complete and accurate once they are brought to shipping.
• Maintain neat and accurate department records including all daily logs.
• Provide an emphasis on safety.
• Drive the vision and culture of our company in order to deliver great customer service.
• Develop employees by ensuring proper training and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure all company policy and procedures are followed by self and all employees.
• Participate and lead in assigned work projects

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
