Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team. As a technician, you will play a critical role in responding to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other emergencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on, fast-paced environments and wants to make a difference in people’s lives every day.
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency calls related to water, fire, or structural damage
• Perform mitigation services including water extraction, structural drying, and site cleanup
• Use industry-standard tools and drying equipment to restore affected properties
• Accurately document all work performed and communicate updates to supervisors and clients
• Maintain safety standards and proper PPE usage on all job sites
• Work as part of a team of technicians and restoration specialists to complete projects efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service, often during stressful and emotional situations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Mitigation Technician, Water Damage Technician, or Restoration Technician preferred (but not required)
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and standing for long periods
• Ability to stay calm and professional in emergency situations
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and earn industry certifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
