Program Manager SAA
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead brand and property-level experiential activations, marketing, partnerships and programming. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record working on unique, diverse and best-in-class partnerships, with a clear understanding of how to develop partnerships that drive brand awareness, as well as incremental revenue. The ideal candidate is deeply rooted and immersed in the worlds of fashion, music, art and culture and is able to align programming with synergistic brands.
The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved, while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Because we are a small team, we all wear many hats and are happy to roll up our sleeves and lend a hand whenever needed. Requirements:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for brand and property-level brand events, programming, and activations
• Ideate, cultivate, and manage events, as well as execute across properties
• Work closely with operations team and production team to plan and execute engaging, well- attended activations/events
• Generate strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, acquire new guests
• Understand all aspects of what makes partnerships successful – identification, negotiation and ongoing management
• Assist in planning and logistics for in-person and virtual events including but not limited to food & beverage needs, audio-visual requirements, facility setup, virtual event setup and execution, coordination with external vendors
• Create and maintain social media pages for events including registration setup
• Collaborate as needed to ensure all sponsor deliverables are fulfilled
• Support the Membership Department with all required new member programming and event needs
• Assist in development, deployment, and updating of mobile event app content, as applicable.
• Manage event registrations and guest lists
• Coordinate preparation of all creative and collateral for all programming
• Maintain event statistics, historical information, and guidance documents for relevant event processes and tools.
Position Qualifications include:
• 4+ years of experiential marketing, events and/or programming
• Proven track record working on unique, diverse and best-in-class partnerships
• Relationships in diverse industries including food, beverage, music, art, fitness, fashion, technology
• Ability to work with internal team and proven track record working with external partners
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Ability to work within defined budget and timelines
• Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must have a positive attitude about service, teamwork, and motivation to go above and beyond
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Flexible with respect to the demands and hours needed in this role and willing and able to work evenings and/or weekends to support the property team is a must
• Must exhibit the ability to plan, prioritize and demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to read, write, and speak the English language to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
