Job Description: Agricultural Equipment Operators will be responsible for the following tasks: pulling plants, grading plants, sorting plants, and preparing plants for shipment. They will be required to operate horticultural machinery, including equipment manufactured by companies such as Visser, Agrinomix, Bellpark Horticulture, Bouldin & amp; Lawson, and ISO Group. Operators must have a minimum of 3 months of experience working with at least two types of this equipment.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and pulling. Must be able to work in the hot humid weather for extended periods of time. Must be able to pull, carry and lift 5 pounds or more at a time up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
