Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Electrician to support our HVAC team by running circuits and performing electrical installations for residential HVAC systems. This role requires strong collaboration with HVAC installers, efficient electrical troubleshooting, and a commitment to safe, code-compliant work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install dedicated circuits and disconnects for HVAC equipment (e.g., heat pumps, air handlers, AC units, furnaces).
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure electrical scope is completed on time and per plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to HVAC system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Washington State electrical codes.
- Maintain proper documentation and complete job-related paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
- Identify potential safety hazards and correct or report them immediately.
- Valid Washington State 01 or 02 Electrical License (required).
- Residential electrical experience (experience supporting HVAC installations preferred).
- Familiar with residential HVAC electrical requirements, including circuit sizing and load calculations.
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing As You Wish with professionalism
