Operating Room Technician at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking a dedicated experienced surgical technologist to work seamlessly with our clinical and non-clinical staff in the operating room.

This candidate should be able to anticipate each surgical step to ensure the procedure goes as smoothly as possible for the surgeon and the patient. This institution recognizes that cumulative team experience is one of the keys to our continued growth and development.

Effective written and oral communication skills are imperative in the construction of this team. Each team member must have the willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule, respond within 30 minutes and work creative hours to complete the tasks in a timely and organized fashion.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years cardiovascular surgery, scrub experience, and have a consistent work history. Competitive salary and benefit package available.
