As we expand into Baton Rouge, LA, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Industrial Services Manager to lead our growth in the Gulf Coast. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with strong industry relationships, technical expertise, and a proven track record to make an immediate impact.


MAIN PURPOSE

To exceed financial and business targets through strategic planning, new business development, and exceptional client relationship management. This role is central to the success of our Baton Rouge operations and a key driver of regional growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Target Achievements

  • Set and exceed profit and performance targets in collaboration with the Business Manager.
  • Drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and position Altrad Sparrows as a preferred vendor.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Leverage industry relationships to generate leads and secure contracts.
  • Work closely with our Business Development team.
  • Ensure Altrad Sparrows is listed as an approved vendor with key clients.
  • Represent the company in technical and commercial discussions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement a regional growth strategy
  • Support marketing and brand visibility in the region.

Client Growth & Business Planning

  • Own and execute business plans for assigned clients.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities across industrial sectors.
  • Promote the full range of Altrad Sparrows services.

Client Satisfaction & Delivery

  • Ensure high-quality execution of contracts and services.
  • Provide regular performance reports (HSEQ, financial, technical).
  • Optimize operational processes and manage change effectively.
  • Conduct client visits and satisfaction surveys, including onshore/offshore reviews.

Account Management & Retention

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews.
  • Oversee technical and operational delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and working groups.
  • Assist in hiring qualified personnel for needed roles.

Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a strong safety culture.
  • Work closely with HSEQ teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in industrial services, business development, or account management.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, ideally with transferable client relationships.
  • Technical understanding of industrial services and operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
