We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those with disabilities, dementia, or memory-related challenges. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor and document vital signs as required, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, helping clients engage in social activities.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, particularly for those with dementia or memory care requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client status and any changes in condition.

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and memory care practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform basic medical documentation and monitor vital signs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
