We are looking for a Charge Nurse for our Clinical Decision Unit. The location is on the 4th floor of Willis Knighton Bossier. .

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. This unique opportunity offers a consistent 7 on/7 off schedule. You will work 56 hours per pay period and get paid for 72. The nurse/patient ratio is 4:1 primary care.

The applicant should be able to provide high-quality patient care in a primary care setting while serving as a Charge Nurse coordinating patient flow and staff assignments. The correct applicant should be able to foster teamwork, communication and collaboration among staff. They should also be self-motivated, dependable and adaptable.
