What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide care and support that empowers individuals with I/DD. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living needs (hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobility).

Monitoring health and completing basic healthcare-related tasks.

Providing safe transportation to work, medical appointments, shopping, and community activities.

Encouraging personal growth and independence through skill-building and support.

Requirements

Must complete required paid training prior to starting.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a background check.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
