Food Prep / Sandwich Crew Members at Biggby Coffee support daily operations by preparing food items, assisting guests with orders, and maintaining a clean and safe café environment. Team members play a key role in delivering fast, friendly service while following Biggby standards for food quality, accuracy, and safety.

• Assist guests with food orders in a friendly, professional manner.

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, bagels, baked goods, and other menu items according to Biggby recipes and specifications.

• Operate cash registers, take orders at the counter or drive-thru, and process payments accurately.

• Provide answers to guest questions about menu items, promotions, or products.

• Support a positive guest experience by resolving concerns or complaints with courtesy.

• Perform cleaning tasks, including wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.

• Stock food items, condiments, and supplies when inventory runs low.

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Work as a team player by supporting barista/cashier tasks as needed.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Weekend availability is required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and guest-focused.

• Standing for extended periods.

• Bending, stooping, and reaching.

• Lifting up to 25 lbs (supplies, product, boxes).
