About This Position

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Presales Engineer at WonderBotz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Pre-Built Solutions by leveraging your expertise in intelligent automation and technology consulting. You will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives through technical solutioning, crafting compelling product demonstrations, and fostering strong client relationships. Your contributions will directly influence adoption and engagement across enterprise accounts. Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Solutions team to identify client needs, tailor innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position WonderBotz effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Engage clients, understand their challenges, and translate them into opportunities
  • Design technical solutions that make use of WonderBotz’s Prebuilt Solutions and partner technology platforms
  • Effectively scope and communicate technical requirements to the delivery organization for pricing and technical design
  • Build and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof of concepts to showcase solution capabilities to clients
  • Assist with generating proposals, statements of work, and supporting documentation for client engagements
  • Collaborate on the development of internal solutions and accelerators that will enhance Wonderbotz’s service offerings
  • Partner with the delivery organization to understand where and how we are using new technologies internally and for customers
  • Develop and grow relationships with customers and technology partners
  • Work with pre-sales resources to establish effective solution demos and content
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive tools to guide solution recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in technology consulting, solution design, or pre-sales experience (ideally Big 4 or similar background strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of UiPath or Blue Prism required (exposure to multiple platforms a plus)
  • Familiarity of AI/automation technologies and their business applications
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret ambiguous data and instructions
  • Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
