We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our management team and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks, ranging from managing schedules and correspondence to assisting with project coordination and data entry. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, necessitating a professional demeanor and strong communication skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to maintain office supplies, handle phone communications, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress towards team objectives.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
19.90 - 31.90 USD per hour(Remote (Round Rock, Texas, US))
18.70 - 34.60 USD per hour(Remote (Plano, Texas, US))
