We are seeking an additional Litigation Attorney for our growing Los Angeles office located at: 909 N Pacific Coast Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245

Total Compensation Package:

• Base pay starts at $200,000-$250,000. But aside from showing up for your base pay, the real opportunities lie in your guaranteed bonuses – paid MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY - and the opportunity for unlimited performance-based bonuses. You understand the importance of client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases and have a deep desire to help lead a team shepherding our clients through this process. You come with advanced trial experience where you have sat in all chairs and can mentor other Attorneys to be great litigators. We need a leader who can exemplify the heart, drive, excitement, and pure, honest buy-in that all employees at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers believe daily.
What will you do:

• Support and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
• Start in pre-lit during the build-up of cases and then move into litigation to fully understand how Thompson Law runs -WITH GUARANTEED BONUSES.
• Grow with a firm expanding nationally with opportunities for boundless professional advancement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
• Consistent and recent trial experience demonstrating 1st chair knowledge/examples in PI.
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
• Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
