About This Position
Systems/Technical (Professional)
This position is essential to the daily operations of the University, as it will provide direct support to faculty, staff, and students by addressing
front-line technical issues. Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting and repair for both University-owned and
student-owned devices, desktop configuration and deployment, and support for lab and instructional technologies. The technician will triage
and resolve routine service tickets and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring timely and effective support across campus.
High-level expertise with computer systems and technology for a college campus. Bachelor's degree, and 3 or greater years of experience.
