Recruiter in Remote near Douglasville, Georgia at Mo Better Garage

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring needs by sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing details, and helping move candidates smoothly through the hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates and provide basic information about open positions.
• Coordinate interview availability between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and status updates in the applicant tracking system or shared tracker.
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the scheduling process to support a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including templates, screening questions, system updates, onboarding event packets, I9 and E-Verify management
• Ability to partner and support recruiting efforts as business needs shift with the company’s continuous growth
• Assist with other projects as needed

• Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone and email presence.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using job boards, email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic recruiting or HR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules at the same time.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative

Location: Must be in the Atlanta, GA area

Job Type: Full-Time Remote Position

Pay: $25/hour
