Rockaway, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Production Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines hands-on fieldwork with administrative and reporting responsibilities, ensuring that our maintenance and enhancement services meet the highest quality standards.

As a Landscape Production Specialist, you’ll serve as the link between our field teams and office operations — overseeing quality assurance, production efficiency, and detailed reporting. You’ll split your time between field and office duties to ensure every property meets Rockaway’s standards for beauty, precision, and client satisfaction.

Time Allocation:
70% Field: Quality assessments, detail gardening, pruning, and reporting
30% Office: Scheduling, processing, documentation, and report creation

• Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections and prepare detailed reports

• Manage small landscape enhancement projects from start to completion

• Support scheduling and coordination of crews, materials, and equipment

• Communicate proactively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction

• Perform fine-detail gardening and pruning to maintain premium landscapes

• Use digital tools for reporting, photo documentation, and tracking productivity

• Strong horticultural knowledge of North Florida plant material and landscapes

• Detail-oriented gardening and maintenance skills

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation equipment capacities

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Tech proficient — comfortable using apps, email, software and reporting tools

• AI proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinker with problem-solving ability

• Able to work independently and within a team environment

• Growth mindset and “can-do” attitude

• Agronomic knowledge a plus

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with growth opportunities, Salary range: 60-75k depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
