Pool Attendant at Adamas Amenity Services – Monmouth Beach, New Jersey

We are currently seeking a Pool Attendant to become a part of our team at our Long Branch, NJ location

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 10am-6pm. Additional Shifts may be required. Role starts Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Pay: $16/hour

The Pool Attendant is responsible for:

• Monitoring pool entrance areas to ensure only registered guests are accessing areas and signing in.
• Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner and ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
• Consistently ensuring cleanliness and order of pool.
• Providing efficient & professional pool side service to guests including assisting with umbrella set up.
• Responding to all guests' needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Removing any unregistered guests when necessary.
• Performing other related duties as assigned

• High School diploma preferred
• Job related experience in a similar setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff verbally and in written form
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Must be able to work varied shifts including weekend, holidays, early morning and mid-day/early evening

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
