Job Title: Life Enrichment Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Coordinator in creating and implementing a variety of activities and events aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role is essential in fostering connections among residents and between residents and the community, while promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director and Coordinator to plan and execute engaging activities and events.

- Facilitate resident participation in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement.

- Assist in the development of programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvements.

- Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages resident engagement and well-being.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to life enrichment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
