Facility Cleaner in Lithia, Florida at Fishhawk Ranch Community Development District

The community of Fishhawk Ranch, located in Lithia, Florida is looking for Facility Cleaners!

Responsibilities are as follows:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
Emptying trash cans.
Washing and drying windows and mirrors.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Follow all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills:

Proven working experience as a cleaner.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Reliability.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
Excellent time management skills with minimal supervision.
