Description: Employment Status:Full timeShift:Day (United States of America)Facility:213 McClanahan St SW - RoanokeRequisition Number:R150821 Property Management Analyst - Carilion Property Management (Open)How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:The Property Management Analyst supports the operational and administrative functions of the Carilion Clinic Property Management team. The analyst ensures contractor compliance, maintains facility standards, and streamlines property-related processes across multiple locations.

The Property Management Analyst

  • Conducts cleaning inspections to ensure contractor performance aligns with Property Management and Infection Control standards.

  • Identifies and reports safety, maintenance, and aesthetic issues during onsite property visits.

  • Maintains detailed spreadsheets tracking contractor employee compliance with confidentiality, weapons, and background check requirements.

  • Coordinates with Carilion Police to manage contractor badges and access cards.

  • Schedules and monitors carpet cleaning and floor maintenance in collaboration with contractors and tenants.

  • Orders janitorial supplies per contract specifications.

  • Manages Accounts Payable and Receivable using QuickBooks, including invoicing and reimbursement tracking.

  • Analyzes completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepares internal lease documents and coordinate execution.

  • Collaborates with Carilion Police to manage building access schedules during holidays.

  • Provides administrative support to improve operational efficiency within Property Management.

What We Require:

Education: High School Diploma required.

Experience: none

Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), problem solving and teamwork skills required. Ability to work with contractors, Carilion staff, vendors and tenants. Position requires self-discipline, motivation and ability to make decisions under pressure. Advanced Microsoft office skills required.
