• Host virtual appointments (via Zoom/phone) to review benefit programs with members

• Work with teammates to achieve shared performance goals

• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance client experience and streamline processes

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an asset)

• Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based roles is an advantage (not required)

• Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools with strong attention to detail

• Excellent listening and communication skills — both written and verbal

• Team-first attitude with strong collaboration abilities
