New Pilot Program: Transportation to Work – Made Easy!

We’re excited to launch a new pilot partnership with a local transportation company to make it easier for our caregivers to get to work!

Through this program, employees can get safe, reliable rides to and from work at a significantly reduced rate — no more expensive Uber or Lyft rides, or waiting for public transportation.

Our goal is to connect caregivers who are ready to work but face transportation challenges with clients who need care in harder-to-reach areas.

If you’re passionate about helping others but transportation has been a barrier, this opportunity is for you!

Summary:

As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll support individuals who need help with daily living activities. You’ll play a vital role in promoting comfort, independence, and quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Assist consumers with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

* Support clients with personal care, mobility, and household tasks

* Encourage participation in social, leisure, and recreational activities

* Provide medication reminders and companionship

* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive home environment

* Participate in required trainings and team meetings

Qualifications:

* Experience preferred but not required — paid training provided!

* Must be 18 years or older

* Valid Driver’s License or State ID

* Must pass 2-Step TB test

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent
