Senior User Acquisition Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager in France.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing professional to lead large-scale user acquisition initiatives in a fast-growing digital health and wellness environment. In this role, you will own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, driving growth through data-informed decisions, creative experimentation, and continuous optimization. You will work across multiple acquisition channels while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, product, and growth teams to maximize business impact. The position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape strategies, manage substantial budgets, and influence key performance outcomes. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, this role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution and deep analytical problem-solving. Your work will directly contribute to customer growth, engagement, and long-term business success.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize user acquisition strategies across paid channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads and related advertising platforms.
  • Manage campaign performance end-to-end, ensuring efficient scaling while achieving acquisition, revenue, and return-on-ad-spend targets.
  • Build and oversee structured creative testing frameworks to identify high-performing assets and scale successful concepts effectively.
  • Make strategic budget allocation decisions based on performance data, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, growth, analytics, and technical teams to improve campaign effectiveness and accelerate experimentation.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, lifetime value metrics, and monetization data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create, maintain, and leverage dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and contribute to continuous improvement across acquisition processes.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles with ownership of significant advertising budgets.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and related acquisition channels.
  • Proven success managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $300,000 while delivering measurable business results.
  • Deep understanding of web-based acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and customer journey analysis.
  • Experience working with analytics and business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with tracking and attribution platforms including GA4, AppsFlyer, or equivalent solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in health, wellness, health technology, or regulated advertising environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL and advanced data analysis techniques is a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Equity or stock option opportunities.
  • Fully remote working arrangement for eligible candidates.
  • High-quality equipment provided to support productivity and remote collaboration.
  • Access to premium wellness and lifestyle application subscriptions.
  • Generous annual leave allowance plus public holidays.
  • Opportunity to work within a rapidly growing international organization focused on innovation and impact.
  • High levels of autonomy, ownership, and professional growth.
  • Collaborative and supportive global team environment.
