This role is focused on designing, developing, and delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise clients to modernize and automate their IT operations. You will act as a trusted technical expert, guiding architecture decisions, integration strategies, and platform optimization across ITSM and ITOM environments. The position involves close collaboration with customers, internal delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementations aligned with business needs. You will also lead technical discussions, workshops, and demos while mentoring junior consultants. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep platform expertise with client-facing advisory responsibilities. You will play a key part in shaping scalable, high-impact ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions
- Oversee development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities on the platform
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems
- Facilitate client workshops, technical demos, and solution design sessions
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
- Mentor and support junior consultants and technical delivery teams
- Contribute to presales activities, including scoping and solution positioning
- Drive documentation of technical designs, processes, and implementation frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise implementation projects
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant or developer
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and platform capabilities
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations with third-party tools
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT processes and service delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior resources
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
- Experience contributing to presales and solution design activities
- ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred
