This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Martech Lead in India.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a global marketing technology ecosystem that powers growth across multiple regions and business units. You will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving scalable martech systems that enable faster campaign execution, stronger data integrity, and more effective lead management. Working in a highly cross-functional and international environment, you will translate business needs into reliable technical solutions that support marketing and revenue teams at scale. This position requires someone who thrives in complex system landscapes and enjoys simplifying fragmented tools into cohesive, high-performing platforms. Your work will directly influence campaign speed, email performance, and global marketing efficiency. It is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, integrations, governance, and operational excellence.
- Own and manage enterprise marketing systems administration, including data architecture, lifecycle management, permissions, governance, and system configuration across multiple tools and platforms.
- Design, operate, and optimize the global martech stack, including marketing automation, SMS providers, event platforms, and integration tools to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical system designs, including data flows, integration logic, and decisions between native and custom solutions.
- Partner with web and engineering teams to define, validate, and QA integrations between marketing systems and the global website infrastructure.
- Collaborate with CRM and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality data synchronization across platforms.
- Lead global rollouts of new tools and features, including documentation, training, and adoption support across multiple markets.
- Act as escalation point for critical system issues, ensuring rapid diagnosis, prioritization, and resolution to minimize business disruption.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise CRM or marketing automation platforms in production environments.
- Proven experience working in complex, multi-market or global organizations with distributed stakeholders.
- Strong background in marketing system architecture, data hygiene, lifecycle management, and integration best practices.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale marketing automation implementations or migrations.
- Ability to understand API concepts and translate them into clear technical documentation (no coding required).
- Excellent communication skills with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Exposure to tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, SMS platforms, or event/ticketing systems is highly desirable.
