The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy and evolution of a high-impact member engagement and retention ecosystem within a fast-growing subscription business.
This role is responsible for shaping how customers experience personalized, omnichannel communication across their entire lifecycle, from onboarding through long-term loyalty.
You will design and optimize data-driven journeys that increase lifetime value, reduce churn, and deepen customer engagement across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
The position requires strong strategic ownership, combining CRM vision, experimentation, and advanced segmentation to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Analytics, and Merchandising to align lifecycle strategy with inventory, product, and brand goals.

- Own and evolve the lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and subscription engagement across the full customer journey.
- Lead the design and execution of automated, omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS/MMS, app, and on-site messaging using advanced marketing platforms.
- Develop and manage testing roadmaps (A/B and multivariate) to continuously optimize retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and enhance predictive modeling such as churn propensity and customer health scoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Merchandising, and Finance to align lifecycle initiatives with business priorities and inventory availability.
- Oversee CRM platform optimization, ensuring strong data integrity, seamless integrations, and effective use of marketing automation tools.
- Ensure operational excellence, including compliance, QA processes, audience validation, and campaign execution accuracy.
- 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or loyalty roles, preferably within subscription or DTC environments.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, with Iterable experience required.
- Proven success in building segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and data-driven retention programs at scale.
- Solid understanding of customer data architecture, personalization frameworks, and modern martech ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights and strategies.
- Experience working in e-commerce, subscription services, or premium consumer brands is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, adaptability, and a test-and-learn mindset.
