Senior Corporate Accountant

This role sits at the core of a rapidly scaling, global organization operating complex, multi-entity structures across multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Corporate Accountant will own full-cycle accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with diverse local accounting standards. You will play a key role in driving month-end and quarter-end close processes while supporting statutory reporting and audit readiness across international operations. Beyond core accounting, the role also partners closely with operational and field teams to support project-level reporting and financial clarity. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment where precision, adaptability, and initiative are essential. As the organization continues to expand globally, this role offers strong exposure to process improvement, automation, and scalable finance operations.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

  • Own full-cycle accounting processes including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and close activities across multiple entities
  • Lead monthly and quarterly close processes and deliver accurate financial statements and reporting packages
  • Support statutory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with local accounting standards across international jurisdictions
  • Assist with indirect tax filings, annual statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance obligations
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring data integrity
  • Manage accounts payable workflows, including invoice processing and vendor compliance across entities
  • Partner with operational and field teams to support project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes, automate workflows, and strengthen financial systems
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed
Requirements

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, international exposure, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Experience working in multi-entity and/or international accounting environments
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving systems and processes
  • Exposure to audit processes and statutory reporting requirements is highly valued
  • Interest in learning about complex operational environments and supporting cross-functional teams
Benefits
