This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys building relationships from the ground up. As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities while driving awareness of a cloud-based software solution. You will play a key role in outbound prospecting, combining structured outreach with personalized communication to generate high-quality leads. The position involves running outreach campaigns, conducting demos, and actively contributing to revenue growth. You will operate in a dynamic, remote-first environment where experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement are strongly encouraged. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys autonomy, customer interaction, and measurable results in a growing tech organization.
- Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels, using email, phone, and digital outreach methods.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns, including email sequences and messaging strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct online product demos to showcase platform features, value propositions, and use cases to potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers by providing timely, consultative communication and support throughout the sales cycle.
- A/B test outreach approaches to optimize messaging, improve engagement rates, and increase conversion performance.
- Create, present, and negotiate offers to support deal progression and successful closure.
- Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering additional value.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in US time zones within a remote-first environment.
- Experience using CRM systems, outreach tools, and other sales technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and position effective solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple outreach priorities and deadlines.
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to perform in a fast-changing environment.
