This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and technical consulting, where you will help translate complex integration needs into clear, compelling solutions for prospective clients. You will work closely with sales and delivery teams to design proof-of-concept demonstrations that showcase the value of an HR data integration platform. Acting as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales cycle, you will ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements, best practices, and long-term scalability. The position requires both technical depth and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering concepts. You will also gather client feedback and collaborate internally to improve product capabilities and implementation approaches. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, influencing outcomes, and shaping successful implementations from the earliest stages of engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process through technical expertise, solution design, and client engagement.
- Design and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support the full pre-sales cycle and contribute to successful deal closures.
- Translate client requirements into scalable solution designs aligned with technical best practices.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet Statement of Work requirements and integration standards.
- Work closely with delivery, support, and success teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product improvements and future enhancements.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, explaining complex integration concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Support continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, tools, and solution templates.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and experience in SaaS or integration environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, software consulting, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP web services, GraphQL, Java, or Groovy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and effective in collaborative team environments.
- Experience with HR or finance system integrations (e.g., Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Oracle HCM, Taleo) is a strong asset.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is considered a plus.
