Job Description

Customer Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company, where customer stories are a key driver of growth, credibility, and pipeline acceleration. You will own the end-to-end customer marketing function, transforming technical and business use cases into compelling narratives that resonate across sales, product, and marketing channels. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will identify impactful customer wins and turn them into high-quality assets such as case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials. This is a highly visible, execution-heavy role in a lean and fast-paced environment where speed, autonomy, and ownership are essential. You will also help uncover patterns across customer segments and industries, shaping go-to-market messaging and vertical strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized operator, and natural relationship builder who thrives on turning customer success into scalable marketing impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the full lifecycle of customer storytelling, from identifying referenceable customers to producing and publishing high-impact case studies and narratives.
  • Build and manage a structured customer reference and advocacy program, tracking engagement, use cases, and participation across teams.
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate technical and business insights into compelling written and visual content.
  • Produce a wide range of customer marketing assets, including case studies, testimonials, quote cards, blog features, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify key customers and coordinate outreach for marketing and reference opportunities.
  • Manage customer participation in events, webinars, analyst relations, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline and quarterly calendar of customer stories to ensure steady content output.
  • Analyze customer segments and identify vertical or use-case patterns to support positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution and distribution of customer narratives.
  • Track and report on customer marketing performance, including content usage, pipeline influence, and impact on win rates.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, journalism, or a related role in B2B SaaS, tech, or AI-driven environments.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of case studies, customer stories, or long-form content demonstrating narrative ability.
  • Proven experience building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across Sales, CS, and Product teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows and deadlines.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and translating complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and content management workflows.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Experience in AI, infrastructure, DevTools, or cloud ecosystems is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth company through stock options.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (including full coverage for employees and partial for dependents).
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with global collaboration culture.
  • Home office and equipment stipend to support productivity and setup.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure shaping the future of developer platforms.
  • Inclusive, high-ownership culture focused on learning, autonomy, and impact.
