This role plays a key part in driving commercial growth and expanding market presence across the Southeast region by managing strategic retail and distribution accounts. The professional will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with large clients, ensuring strong execution of sales strategies and consistent revenue growth. Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, the role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and channel performance. It is a highly field-oriented position, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will influence distribution performance, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new business opportunities across key accounts.
- Develop and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts by prospecting new clients and managing existing relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Execute external sales planning, including route management, customer visits, and optimization of field activities to maximize productivity and coverage.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and retail partners, supporting their capability to execute commercial strategies effectively in the market.
- Ensure pricing policies and commercial guidelines are properly applied across channels while safeguarding profitability and consistency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.
- Track sales performance and provide regular insights, ensuring corrective actions are taken to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain high-quality customer service by responding to client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields, with postgraduate studies or MBA in progress considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in field sales, key account management, or large-scale retail and distributor relationships, preferably in high-volume consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of the São Paulo and Southeast Brazil market, including large retail chains and distribution networks.
- Experience with sales analytics and market intelligence tools such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Neogrid, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and in-store execution in large self-service retail environments.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license (category B) and availability for travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
