As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac’s brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for MN, ND, SD, & Northern IA territory regions in the U.S.

Main Responsibilities
- Sales
- Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
- Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
- Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
- Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
- Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
- Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
- Technical service & training of the customers‘ applicators including trouble shooting in conjunction with AFS.
- Administrative Services
- Enter and maintains data into Smart Business Client for SAP
- Forecast sales for the region
- Report as required by company
